March is the best to visit the art cities! Some of the best places to visit in Italy during March are Turin, Rome, Florence and Verona. No matter where your travels take you in Italy in April, there are many holidays and festivals that are localized and not celebrated country-wide, it’s a good idea to ask us the local calendar of events. Rome celebrates its founding day in April so there are many interesting events and celebrations in the city. With December winter mountain activities season opens in the North.
